Fix’n'Tweak Computer Services is pleased to offer remote help and support services via RDC (Remote Desktop Client). Customers that require quick and immediate resolution to common problems will enjoy this service the most. Remote access helps address such issues as:

SERVICE CHARGE:

Basic diagnostics is FREE. Any troubleshooting/fixing that needs to be done is charged at the current rate of $30 an hour. Please refer to the rate schedule for further information.
